Michael Restrepo, Co-Owner mike[at]greekstateofmind[dot]com
Mike co-founded one89seven, the predecessor company to Greek State of Mind, in 2009 while he was an undergraduate. A few years after graduating and closing the predecessor company, Mike co-founded Greek State of Mind in 2013. Today, Mike manages incoming orders, generates new designs and marketing concepts, spearheads the company's creativity profile, and manages in-person events including on-site sales and chapter-specific sales. Outside of Greek State of Mind, Mike spent nearly 12 years as a Commercial Account Manager for Grainger Industrial in the New York market. He graduated from Monmouth University in 2011 with a Bachelor's Degree in Communications and an IT minor. As an undergraduate, Mike served two consecutive terms on the Executive Council of Sigma Pi Fraternity at Monmouth University.

Joe Palazzolo, Co-Owner joe[at]greekstateofmind[dot]com
Joe manages Greek State of Mind's back office including accounting and financial management, contracts and negotiations, new licensing and license renewals, website structuring, and on-going vendor relationships. Outside of Greek State of Mind, Joe spent 20 years working in real estate and nonprofit finance. In addition, he has volunteered for Sigma Pi Fraternity in a variety of capacities since 2003, including eight years on the Fraternity's national board of directors and four years as the Chairman of the Board. Joe graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in English from Monmouth University in 2003, a Master's Degree in Public Policy from Rutgers University in 2006, a Graduate Certificate as a Public Relations Specialist from Monmouth University in 2011, a Post-Master's Certificate in Curriculum Studies from Monmouth University in 2014, and a Doctorate in Education from the University of Southern California in 2018.Â

Santiago Orrico, Intern
Santi joined Greek State of Mind in 2024 as an intern. He's majoring in Operations, Supply Chain, and Data Management at Monmouth University's Leon Hess Business School. He joined Sigma Pi Fraternity's Delta-Beta Chapter in Spring 2023 and serves as the Chapter's Secretary on its Executive Council. Santi anticipates graduating in Spring 2026.
